Save time and reduce repetitive setup by enabling Automated Leave Year Period Creation. This feature allows the system to automatically generate new leave periods each year—ideal for companies with consistent leave cycle dates.
Follow the steps below to configure it:
1. Go to Leave > Leave Setting > Other Setting.
2. Under Leave Period Automation Settings, toggle Enable Automated Period Creation to enable it.
3. Before the system generates the next period automatically, configure the desired period details. You can also:
Inherit leave types from the previous period, ensuring all existing leave structures carry forward.
Automatically activate the new period on its start date, allowing seamless transition with no manual intervention.

4. Once all configurations are complete, click Save to apply the changes.
