If a user has been successfully assigned the Group Admin role but is unable to view or access other branches, this is likely due to an issue with their employee profile setup. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
Check for Existing Employee Profiles
Go to the My Employees page and search for the user. Verify if there is an existing employee profile associated with them.Take Action Based on the Profile’s Status
If the profile is active:
Grant the user’s active profile under the respective branch the Group Admin role.If the profile is off-boarded:
Reinstate the off-boarded profile by reactivating it or clearing its off-boarded status. Once restored, assign the user as a Group Admin for the branch.If the profile is archived:
If the profile is no longer needed, please contact our support team via live chat or email us at support@hreasilygroup.com to request permanent deletion. This will help resolve any access issues caused by outdated records.
