Audit Logs allow you to track all changes made to an employee's data. You can access them either through the company-wide Audit Log section or directly from an employee’s profile.
Option 1: From the Company Audit Log
1. Navigate to Company > Audit Log > Employee tab.
2. Apply the necessary filters to narrow down the records.
3. Under the Changes column, click the button to open a pop-up with detailed information about each update.
4. To generate an Excel report, click Generate Reports.
5. To check the progress of your report, go to Report List, where the status of the file generation will be displayed.
Option 2: From an Employee's Profile
1. Go to My Employees.
2. Select the employee's profile.
3. Click on Audit Logs to view changes specific to that employee.
