How to View the Company's Audit Logs

A company's audit logs can be accessed under Company > Audit Logs.

This shows a record of all actions made by all employees across the HReasily Pro Platform. You can see the type of action, where it was taken, by which user, their IP address, and the date and time.

Clicking on the buttons under the column Changes will open up a pop-up which will reflect more details about the specific actions that were taken.

You can also download an excel sheet with all of the entries by clicking on Generate Report.

To check the progress of your report, go to Report List, where the status of the file generation will be displayed.

To see all of the changes made to a specific employee's data, you can look at the employee's audit logs.
