How to Reset Staff Password

Sometimes, staff may forget their login credentials or require a password reset. As an admin, you can easily set a temporary password for them through the My Employee section. Below are the steps:


1. Go to My Employee > Locate the staff whose password you want to reset.


2. On the staff profile, click the three dots in the upper right corner.


3. From the dropdown, click Reset Password.


4. On the reset page:

  • In the first field, enter your own password (admin password).

  • In the next two fields, enter and confirm a temporary password for the staff.

  • (Optional) Tick Enable OTP if you want the staff to use One-Time Password (OTP) as an extra security layer.


5. Click Save to complete the process.


The staff can now log in with the temporary password. For security, remind them to update it immediately after logging in.
