Setting Up Payroll Approvals

Before you begin, ensure that the necessary approval template(s) for payroll have been created.



Step 1: Create Approval Template(s)

Follow this guide to create the relevant approval template(s).

 

  

Step 2: Enable Approval for Payroll

Once your templates are ready, you can enable the approval feature for payroll:

1. Go to Payroll > Settings > Approval and Notification Settings


2. Toggle on Enable Approval for PayrollFrom the dropdown, select the approval template you want to assign to payroll.


Note: Only users with Super Admin access can enable and configure payroll approval settings.
