How to Manage Subscription

To manage the modules included in your plan, click the dropdown menu at the top right corner of your screen and select "Manage Subscription."



On the Subscription page, you'll see a list of modules currently selected for your plan—these are the ones billed for the current month.

To update your selected modules, simply click the "Manage Plan" button.



To update your plan, simply click on the module you want to add or remove.



Tick the checkbox "I agree to the new pricing plan and confirm to proceed with the changes," then click "Confirm" to apply the updates to your plan.

Please note:

  • Any changes to your selected modules will take effect in next month’s invoice.

  • Module usage during the current month (even if newly added) will be billed as ad-hoc usage.

  • No pro-rated refunds will be provided for modules removed in the middle of the month.




Once the change is confirmed, your Subscription Plan will display the modules selected for the current month.
The 
subscription details will be updated with the new module selections on the 1st of the following month.
