Navigate to the My Employees page, then choose the specific employee and proceed to the Career Progression tab.
In the Actions section, locate and select the edit button corresponding to the "Join" record.
On the Staff Progression details page, choose the Work Pass type to activate the options for selecting the work pass subtype, issue date, expiry date, and expiry reminder date. Then, fill in the required information.
After making the adjustments, confirm the changes by clicking Update.
Important Note: The reminder date email will be sent to the employee's assigned Manager in the staff employment tab.
It will also be notified via HReasilyPro chat to the following users:
Admins with "Can manage my employees" permission
Manager
