HReasily Pro now includes a new feature that allows users to generate the Occupational and Employment Dataset (OED) in Excel format and submit the report via the MOM-provided API. This feature is accessible under the My Employees menu, where a new option, “Occupational and Employment Dataset (OED),” displays all generated reports.
To create a new report, click on the Generate new report button. In the popup menu, select the period you wish to generate and input all the necessary details then continue to create. There's also an option to select whether to include past employees.
After that, you will be redirected to the Occupational and Employment Dataset page. On this page, complete each employee's details that are mandatory. Upon saving, the report will be generated and appear under Occupational and Employment Dataset (OED) list.
To generate the OED report in Excel, click on the Download button.
To submit the OED report to MOM, click on the Submit link. Then system will redirect you to the Singpass app login.
Proceed to login using the QR code or input Singpass ID and Password.
