To simplify the process of scheduling shifts for employees, follow the steps listed below to effectively assign multiple employees to a scheduled shift. This will ensure that your scheduling tasks are done swiftly and accurately. Let’s get started:

1. Navigate to Timesheet > Scheduled Shifts. On the Shift Management page, you will see the existing scheduled shifts for employees.

2. To assign multiple employees to a shift, filter by Shift Group and click on the "+" icon on the date you wish to assign the schedule.

3. In the Choose Employee field, select the employees you want to assign to the shift and input the remaining details as required.

4. After entering all necessary information, click Save.

Additionally, you can hover over a specific date to view the employees assigned to the scheduled shift. To make adjustments, click on the edit (pencil icon) button.

Important Note: Shifts can only be edited from the Shift Group filter. If you attempt to edit via the Employee List filter, you will be redirected to make changes from the Shift Group filter.

Assigning multiple employees to a Scheduled Shift from Bulk Upload

There is also an option to assign multiple shifts using a bulk upload template:

1. Navigate to Timesheet > Scheduled Shift 

2. Under Shift Management, click on "Bulk Upload", then select "Blank Template".

3. Fill in the necessary details in the provided Excel template.

4. After completing the template, upload it on the Bulk Upload page. Employees will be grouped into one shift if the following criteria are identical:

• Assignment (work location)
• Shift start date
• Shift end date
• Break time

Generating Change Shift Request Reports

Navigate to the Request Change Shift Records tab and click on the "Download Report" button. This report enables you to view the scheduled shift records.
