If your company runs multiple payroll processes within the same month, the Consolidated Payslip feature allows you to generate a single PDF that neatly combines all payslip information for each employee.
This makes it easier to share or archive employee payroll records without needing to download each payslip separately.
1. From your dashboard, go to Team Payroll → Download Reports.
2. Choose the report type, apply filters, and set the start and end year. Then click Generate.
3. The system will process your request and email you a PDF file.
The PDF will contain the consolidated payslips, with each employee’s multiple payroll records combined into a single document.
