API Services Specifications to send employee data to MOM (OED)

In HReasily Pro, we added a new feature to generate OED in Excel format and also to submit the OED report using API provided by MOM. The feature is under the My Employees menu, there is an additional option call “Occupational and Employment Dataset (OED)” that shows all report that have been generated by user





To create a new report, the user can click on the Generate new report button then the popup menu will appear. The User needs to select the period they wish to generate and also needs to input all necessary details then continue to create.

Users also able to select whether they want to include past employees or not.




After that user will be redirected to the  Occupational and Employment Dataset page. On this page they are able to complete each employee's details that are mandatory.

Upon saving the report will be generated and appear under Occupational and Employment Dataset (OED)” list




To generate the OED report in Excel, the user needs to click on the Download button.

To submit the OED report to MOM, the user needs to click on the Submit link. Then system will redirect them to Singpass app login.




User can login using the QR code or input Singpass ID and Password
