Syncing Leave Encashment with Payroll

After processing leave encashment, whether from a resignation or during the year-end process, navigate to the Payroll module and reopen the relevant payroll run where the leave encashment should be included. The leave encashment will be synced under the Leave Pay pay type. 


If this pay type is removed, you can easily re-sync the leave encashment by clicking "Reset" or "Recalculate."

My Leave > My Leave Balance: This page provides an overview of your own leave balance, including details on any encashed leave.



Team Leave Balance > Employee Details: Navigate to this page to see the leave balances for team members, including encashed leave details for individual employees.


Following these steps ensures leave encashment is correctly synced with payroll, preventing errors in employee compensation.
