Accessing the Client Directory

Navigate to your dashboard by clicking the Partner Dashboard button at the top right corner of the screen and click the Client Directory tab.

The client directory table consists of the following:

Company Name: This column displays the names of client companies that you are managing in your account.

Active Employees: This column shows the number of employees currently employed by each client company.

New Hires: This column shows the number of newly hired employees by each client company.

Off-Boarded: This column indicates the number of employees who have been off-boarded.

Payroll Status: In this column, it displays the information about the current status of payroll processing for each client company. It can include statuses like "Draft," "Pending for Approval," "Approved," or other relevant statuses.

Manage Company (Hoverable Button): The Manage Company button opens up the client's company dashboard. The accessibility of the manage company page will depend on the user's access permission assigned in the Admin Management setting. For example, administrators without Payroll Admin permission will not be able to view the "Payroll Status" column.

Month Selection

The data can be filtered by selecting a specific month and year to view detailed information.

Adding New Managed Company

Click on the Add New Managed Company button to add new companies in the Client Directory page.

Input the necessary details and proceed to click Save. Select the Invite Company Admin to Onboard option to add the client's administrator upon account creation.

⚠️ Note: Only users with Super Admin permission will be able to view and access the Add New Managed Company button.
