Getting Started with Partner Dashboard

The partner dashboard is a tool designed to streamline collaboration and enhance your experience as a valued partner. This feature has been meticulously crafted to provide you with a comprehensive overview of your partnership with us, putting essential information and resources right at your fingertips.



Accessing the Partner Dashboard

Navigate to your dashboard by clicking the Partner Dashboard button at the top right corner of the screen.




Overview

When you first enter the Partner Dashboard, you'll see an overview section. This provides a snapshot of your managed clients, including key metrics such as:

  • Clients Account Status
  • Total Employees Summary, which covers:
    • Total number of active employee for the current month
    • Total number of new employees joined in the current month
    • Total number of off-boarded employees in the current month
  • Total payslips generated in the current month
  • Number of payrolls in draft in the current month
  • Number of payrolls pending approval in the current month
  • Warning message for payroll due



Clicking on the number of managed clients (e.g: click on the 19) will bring you to the the Client Directory tab. 



Clients Account Summary

This section displays the details of partner clients' information, including the companies, the dates of their last payroll, and their specific payday settings as defined in the payroll system's configuration.


Company Name: This column displays the names of all companies managed by partners. 

Last Payroll: This column contains data from each client's most recent payroll date.

Client's Payday: The date displayed in this column are determined based on the company payday settings configured under Payroll → Other Settings for each respective partner client. This setting specifies when the client's payroll is processed or when employees are paid. 

Manage Payroll (Hoverable Button): Click on the Manage Payroll button to access client’s company payroll page.
