View the Images or Documents shared in Chat

Images and documents shared with an employee can be viewed inside the chat. There is a folder inside the chat app on the top right corner where all the images and documents related to the employee get stored.

Click on the Chat icon on the bottom right of the screen.

Select the employee either from the list, click on "+" to search by typing the name, email address or designation of the employee or by clicking the 3 dots at the top right > New Chat

 Click on options, go to Files and select the Images and Documents folders to search for relevant files. Click on the files to download.
