Unable to Delete Requests

If you’re having trouble deleting requests (e.g., payroll, leave, expense, or timesheet) as an approver, it’s likely that the delete option hasn’t been enabled in your settings. Follow these steps to allow deletion:


1. Go to Company > Approval and Notification > Approval and Notification Settings.


2. Click the three-dot icon next to the relevant approval template and select Edit.


3. Scroll to Other Settings and enable:

  • Can Delete Cancelled Requests?

  • Can Delete Rejected Requests?


4. Return to your request and delete the cancelled or rejected entry.
