This feature allows you to efficiently assign a specific Pay Type to multiple employees at once, helping streamline payroll setup and updates.
How to Use This Feature:
- Navigate to "Bulk Assign To Employees":
Start by going to the Bulk Assign To Employees section in your system.
2. Select a Pay Type:
Choose the Pay Type that you want to assign to multiple employees.
3. Use the Bulk Upload Function:
Click on “Use Bulk Upload Function” to expand the bulk upload section.
4. Download the Template:
Click “Download Template” to get the upload file. Fill in the required employee information in the template using the specified format.
5. Upload the File:
Once the template is filled out, return to the same section and upload the file to assign the Pay Type to employees.
You can assign a Pay Type to an employee by selecting “Assign”. If you want to remove the Pay Type from an employee, select “Unassign”.
Please note: The date format must be dd/mm/yyyy (e.g., 01/07/2025).
