How to Cancel Approved Expense Claims

If you need to cancel an approved expense claim, you can do so easily by following the steps below. This process ensures that your claim is reviewed for cancellation by the approver.


1. Navigate to My Expense > My Expense Claims.


2. Locate the approved expense claim that you wish to cancel and click on it.


3. Click "Request for Cancellation".


4. Add comments if necessary, then click "Submit".


5. The claim status will update to Pending Cancellation, and the approver will be notified to review your request.
