What is HDMF or Pag-IBIG contribution?

Modified on Fri, 6 Sep at 3:01 PM

The Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), more popularly known as the Pag-IBIG Fund, was an answer to the need for a national savings program and an affordable shelter financing for the Filipino worker.

How is HDMF/Pag-IBIG contribution(s) calculated?

Pag-IBIG contribution is capped at ₱10,000 of an employee's monthly basic salary. This means that the monthly maximum Pag-IBIG employee contribution is 200 and the maximum Pag-IBIG employer’s contribution is also 200. If you are receiving a monthly salary of 10,000 and above, HReasily will automatically deduct 200 for both employee and employer Pag-IBIG contribution. Otherwise, the system will calculate based on the percentage provided in the table below.
