How to Register Employees in SSS

Ensure that your employees without an SSS number register for membership at an SSS branch to obtain their SSS number.


Collect the following information for your new hires: SSS number, birth date, employment date, monthly salary, and job title. Use these details to complete the SSS Form R1A (Employment Report).


Submit two copies of the completed form, along with a valid primary ID or two secondary IDs, to the SSS branch where your business is registered.
