Occasionally, payroll adjustments may require sending updated payslips to employees. To ensure employees receive the most accurate information, you can easily resend payslip notifications via email. Whether you need to notify all employees, selected employees, or just one individual, this guide walks you through the steps.
1. Navigate to Payroll > Team Payroll in your system dashboard.
2. Click on the payroll for which you want to resend payslips.
3. Scroll down and click Send to Selected to resend payslips to selected employees.
4. In the pop-up window, select the employees you wish to notify and click Email Payslip(s).
5. If you need to notify all employees in the payroll, click Send to All.
6. In the confirmation pop-up, click Send to All to proceed.
7. To resend a payslip to a specific employee, locate their payslip in the payroll summary. Depending on the employee’s payslip notification setting, click Notify Employee or Email Payslip next to their name to send the updated payslip.
Understanding Payslip Notification Settings
The method used to resend payslips depends on the employee's notification preference:
- Notification Only: Sends an email notification without the payslip PDF attached.
- Receive Passworded Payslip: Sends an email with the payslip PDF attached.
These options give you the flexibility to ensure that your employees receive the correct payroll information promptly, whether changes affect the entire team or just a single staff member.
